WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Internship guarantee: The entire selection process will be concluded in the Netherlands. We will guarantee you an internship position in writing before you leave;
• Training to become a hotel entertainer: Even as an intern, you will receive training the first 2 to 3 weeks of your stay in which you will learn every facet of being an entertainer. Upon conclusion, you’ll receive the Cosmo Hotel Entertainment Certificate;
• An international work environment: In addition to your contacts with hotel guests from various countries, you will work closely and live with international colleagues;
• Stay and food during the period of your contract: You can consume every meal and non-alcoholic drinks in your hotel during working hours. In addition, we will provide and pay your lodgings.
• Intensive accompaniment: Our system of supervision guarantees you proper accompaniment in your work and with your study project as well as adequate contact with the organisation and your educational institution. If teachers want to visit you, then we will also assist them in doing so. After your training, the real work in your own hotel begins. You will never be out on your own during your internship. Your own supervisor will visit you at least once a week. You can discuss anything with him or her and he or she will offer you advice and help you if needed.
• Opportunities for the future: More and more interns don’t leave it at one season and indicate that they would like to continue to grow within the organisation after their studies.

Important! If you work for an extended period abroad as an intern for Cosmo, you will have to take care of your own health insurance. The very fact that you spend an extended period of time abroad entails that your current insurance will not be sufficient. We will furnish precise information during the application process on how you can best arrange this and what costs will be involved. In addition, you will usually have to contribute to the internship fund of your educational institution.

COSTS

You will pay a one-time fee of €350 before departure.
This will enable us to arrange and cover the costs of:

• The flight there and back;
• Transfers from and to the airport and your eventual hotel; 
• Room and board during the training period;
• All the administrative formalities necessary to be able to work in Spain;
• An internship fee of €400 net per month
