Every year, we receive numerous phone calls and questions from our entertainers about the possibilities for affordable lodgings on Mallorca and the other islands. Questions also come up about cheap flights. That’s why we want to offer you this opportunity to visit your child, friend, or acquaintance and enjoy a fabulous vacation on Mallorca or one of the other islands. This year, we have also included the Costa del Sol in our offerings. Why book via Cosmo Travel?
We’re not a travel agency and don’t try to scam anyone on prices. That’s just not the way the Cosmo Travel works. What matters to us is that you are close to our entertainers. We have often noticed in the past, for example, that if people have booked in northern Mallorca before September, the entertainer might meanwhile have been transferred to the south of the island or to another island altogether. How does it work? You choose a hotel in the region where you would like to stay. That’s probably within a couple of kilometres’ distance of the entertainer you want to visit. If we should decide to move the entertainer to another region, then we cancel your reserved hotel free of charge and book a hotel for you in the region where the entertainer will then be located. Even if the entertainer is moved to another island. Unfortunately, flight costs cannot be refunded. We can of course help you find a suitable flight or boat to another island. If there is a difference in price between the hotels, then we will state this and you will be refunded your money or potentially pay the additional amount. This will of course occur in consultation with us. Both apartments and cars can be booked directly online via this website. You will then receive the confirmation by e-mail within a few days. If you have questions, you can pose them by e-mail and not by telephone. We are an entertainment organisation and not a travel agency. We want to offer you the opportunity to profit from our network of contacts on site, but we do not want this extra service to become a full-time job for us. In addition, the price that we can now offer you would no longer be justified, and you would lose your advantage.
